Preventing Premature Ejaculation
If you ejaculate before you or your partner has achieved satisfaction you might be suffering from premature ejaculation, as long as the problem persists for a long period of time.
In most instances ejaculating in less than a minute and a half from the beginning of the sexual act is considered problematic, but this is not always the case. Many couples are quite happy with their sex life even though their intercourse doesn’t last more than a few minutes.
However, if you consult a doctor and you have been diagnosed with premature ejaculation (PE), then you can either ask him or her to refer you to a specialist, or do your own online and offline research and try some of the treatments, techniques and exercises that will help you last longer in bed.
• So is there anything that can be done in order to prevent premature ejaculation?
At the time of this writing there are only a few synthetic drugs and delay pills that are sold specifically for treating PE; however many of the anti-anxiety medications are quite effective and as long as they are taken daily, they can help end premature ejaculation.
• However, there are quite a few exercises that a man can do either on his own or with his partner
1. The most common technique is the so-called “distraction technique”.
If you start getting overexcited during sex and sense that the climax is coming, you can start thinking of something totally unrelated like the latest football match or just about anything non-sexual – this will slow you down and prevent premature ejaculation.
2. Another simple and effective technique is the “stop and start” method.
– as soon as you feel that you are about to ejaculate, stop for a few seconds or a minute and then continue when you feel that you are less excited.
3. The squeeze methods have similar effect, but they can be done by the man himself or his partner – the base or the tip of the penis are squeezed firmly to prevent premature ejaculation and once the excitement is “dampened” the act is resumed.
4. Prolong the foreplay – sex is not a contest, the most important thing is for you and your partner to be satisfied and happy with your sex life. If you spend more time on the foreplay, then even a short intercourse might be enough for you and your partner to climax.
5. Choosing the right sexual position – in order to have longer sex act, the two partners should choose a position that does not over-excites the man or produce tightness in the woman’s vagina – both factors can easily contribute to the problem.
6. In some cases certain therapies might be beneficial and help a man stop premature ejaculation. These are sex therapies, relationship therapies, or special exercises such as Sensate Focus; the latter is an exercise (touch activities) where the two partners become familiar with each other’s and their own bodies and this in turn will help the man last longer in bed.
7. For men that are experiencing serious premature ejaculation problems there are some excellent herbal solutions like Delay and DuraMale – these are 100% natural products that are helping thousands of men to end premature ejaculation and lead satisfying and pleasurable sex life. Both products are really safe, with no side effects whatsoever, and can be purchased discreetly online.

Of course, the above-mentioned methods and treatments are by far only few of the ways you can prevent premature ejaculation; more important than any of the specific ways of managing this dysfunction is the open communication between the two sex partners and seeking professional medical advice if deemed necessary.
