My severe penile sensitivity leads to premature ejaculation
Question:
I’m Kevin, 28 years old male. The problem started 1.5 years ago. When I’m having sexual intercourse with my girlfriend my penile sensitivity is severe and usually leads to premature ejaculation. Right after the ejaculation the sensitivity is literally painful – I can’t stand to have my penis inside the vagina or even if my girlfriend just touches it. This spoils our intimate relationship and beginning to be a real problem. Recently I suffered from uric acid kidney stones with 2 stents. For stone prevention I take Allopurinol 300mg – this is the only medicine I take. Please, help!
Doctor’s Answer:
Hello Kevin, I’m really sorry for your problem. The commonest cause of severe penile sensitivity is the mild grade of the prostate infection. You should pass some tests in order to determine the real cause of the problem.
Tests to pass:
1) Semen culture
2) A culture of the fluid after the massage of the prostate.
3) An urine culture
As a rule a course of antibiotics will help you get rid of severe penile sensitivity. Trimethoprim-Sulphamethaxazole may help. Consider some herbal remedies too.
You should also pass some tests in order to rule out the possibility of any Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD).
