Is hypnotherapy used for premature ejaculation treatment?

Hello. My name is John. I am 23. I have been experiencing premature ejaculation since I started leading sexual life when I was 17.

I can’t last for even minute – I ejaculate right before I penetrate my partner’s vagina. It makes long-term and happy relationship with women almost impossible!

I have tried all possible ways to solve my problem, including usage of certain medications (antidepressants), and even Kegel exercises, but I also heard they could be harmful in come cases.

I don’t know what else I can do. A couple of days ago I read that some kind of hypnotherapy could be useful in my case. What do you think about it?
