I got a testicle pain for more than 24 hours, i got this when i am taking a bath,it happen to be 8pm.It was brownout, so its hot that made me go to take a bath but at that time my testicle suddenly hurts. I researched about this, but i cant see some possibilities. First i havent sex in my life, i didnt masturbate for about 4-5 days. I have no sexual arousal at that time and no erection, i didnt play with my hotdog nor its eggs. For the first hour i can hardly walk or stand, but after that the pain reduces. No nausea and vomiting happened to me, no swelling either. Just the right ball is level down than the other and is causing me more pain than the left one.abdomen pain for about 3 hours.then after 5-6 hours i got a leg pain in my right after my abdomen reduced its pain. About 1pm in the afternoon I took my first bath of the day, and applied an ice to my balls. Within about 1 hour the pain has gone but returned after.
