I have severe pain in my testicle during sexual arousal

hello. I am Jimmy, 47 y.o. A coulpe of days ago I dated my new girlfriend. We were talking and I started feeling sexual arousal. Along with it I also noticed severe pain in my testicles as like somebody kicked me there.
We had sex, no problems with erection, but pain had been lasting for about 24 hours after sexual intercourse. What could cause it? Will it repeat? Should I visit my doctor?

There are several possible causes of your testicle pain.
First and most probable is prostatitis. It may cause the kind pain you had.
Another possible cause is inflammation of the seminal vesicles.
Large blood vessels on the testicles may get congested and when dilatation happens it can cause pain as well.
Ejaculation can make some pains gone, after arousal disappeared.
Regarding your questions – yes, your pain can persist. You should consult your doctor and have some tests done for evaluation. After tests have been done your doctor may prescribe you some chemical drugs or OTC herbal remedies. You may read more about all-natural herbal remedies in other sections of our site.

Hi! i am Albert,17. I got a testicle pain for more than 24 hours, i got this when i am taking a bath,it happen to be 8pm.It was brownout, so its hot that made me go to take a bath but at that time my testicle suddenly hurts. I researched about this, but i cant see some possibilities. First i havent sex in my life, i didnt masturbate for about 4-5 days. I have no sexual arousal at that time and no erection, i didnt play with my hotdog nor its eggs. For the first hour i can hardly walk or stand, but after that the pain reduces. No nausea and vomiting happened to me, no swelling either. Just the right ball is level down than the other and is causing me more pain than the left one.abdomen pain for about 3 hours.then after 5-6 hours i got a leg pain in my right after my abdomen reduced its pain. About 1pm in the afternoon I took my first bath of the day, and applied an ice to my balls. Within about 1 hour the pain has gone but returned after. Until now I feel pain in my balls and near in my hip. Current time 12:59:30 am.
What should i do? Treatments?
