I can get an erection but can’t ejaculate from time to time

Question:

Hello. I am 45, no serious problems with health. I have never had problems with erection, especially with my new girlfriend – she’s very hot =)

But at times I can’t achieve an orgasm and ejaculate… Is it normal at my age? I haven’t seen my doctor yet. Will do it next week.

Inability to ejaculate, as well as premature ejaculation and delayed ejaculation are caused by psychogenic causes like stress, depression or anxiety with new partner or by physical factors, such as erectile dysfunction.

You should consult your physician for evaluation of any physical causes and to have your testosterone level tested.

Once the case is determined the appropriate treatment option will be chosen.
